History
Debut
Nikki made her debut for the Australian senior team as a 17-year-old and played in lead up matches leading up to the Champions Trophy in Amsterdam in August 1993. That same year after an eight month lay-off following knee surgery, Nikki returned to the ANZ Hockeyroos line-up in Darwin in mid-June.
European Tour
As an integral member of the Hockeyroos team and as co-vice captain, Nikki was a crucial player in the team European tour success against the Netherlands, Spain and China during 2003.
Olympics (Sydney, 2000)
As a member of the triumphant Hockeyroos team at the Olympics (Sydney, 2000), Nikki was a top scorer at the tournament with 6 goals. Nikki eliminated opponents with speed and her enterprising skills helped make her team the match winner.
